Bringing dealerships and manufacturers together, with the right people representing the manufacturer can help the dealerships increase their sales and profits.
Brian Rustvold B.Sc.
President CEO
Brian grew up in the cabinet industry, watching his father Kevin run his cabinet shop and work as a sales representative. Brian started working with Kevin in 2012 and together with many manufacturers and the national representing agency, he learned the needs of manufactures, sales representative firms, and dealerships. Brian understands importance of partnerships, honesty, and the need to successfully work with all parties to continue to grow within the kitchen and bath industry. Being able to work with a tremendously successful and amazing team of industry professionals is an amazing experience. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management

Kevin Rustvold
Regional Sales Representative
REGION: Pacific Northwest
Kevin brings 35 years of experience in the Cabinet industry to Coastal Pacific Marketing. Kevin began building cabinets in the 1980’s and he operated his own cabinet shop and dealership from 1990-2000. Kevin then transitioned to an Independent Sales Representative with a national repping agency for 20 years working with numerous major manufacturers in the United States and Canada. Kevin enjoys the relationships with manufacturers and dealerships that he has created over the last 20 years.
Cliff Brockway
Regional Sales Representative
REGION: Northern California & Northern Nevada
Cliff brings 36 years of experience to Coastal Pacific. Before becoming a sales rep, he owned a showroom in Orange County for 16 years. Cliff has dual citizenship in the US and Mexico; he was born in Mexico City to missionary parents. He earned his business degree from Cal State Fullerton and supported himself through school making stained glass windows. Cliff has five daughters and three grandkids. Cliff has a proven success record in supporting dealerships in California.
Hannah Santilan
Regional Sales Representative
REGION: Northern California & Northern Nevada
Hannah grew up in the industry and comes to CPM with 10 years of experience as a sales rep in Northern California Hannah is a huge San Francisco Giants fan and in her free time she loves to bake, paint, and spend time with family and friends. Hannah can be seen every May running Bay to Breakers in San Francisco and is currently marathon and triathlon training. Born and raised in California, Hannah lives in Fairfield with her husband and three cats.
Tom Adams
Regional Sales Representative
REGION: South California, Arizona, Nevada
& Hawaii
Tom’s love for woodworking started in 1978 when he started his first wood-working job building furniture in Chatsworth CA. After serving 8 years active duty in the military he returned to Tacoma where he managed a factory for 14 years. He then owned a cabinet manufacturing company for 10 years after which he moved to California to work as a rep. Tom enjoys using his 34 years of experience to help clients solve problems.
Dave Quiring
Factory Liaison
Dave is an industry veteran with over 36 years experience working in cabinet manufacturing, product development and engineering, software engineering, graphic design, customer support and 15 years as National Sales and Marketing Manager for a large manufacturer servicing western US and Canada. Dave's proven record of success is valuable in helping other manufacturers and dealerships in their success.
