TRAINING
We will take care of all training needs to assure proper product knowledge at the designer and dealership level. Our training program brings designers up to speed quickly, with minimal errors in ordering. We train all new designers and dealerships in product knowledge, order systems, proper ordering procedures and offering. This assures the success and decreases the lag time products have at new dealerships.

Coastal Pacific Marketing specializes in growing and creating dealership networks. Over the years we have, and continue to, work with the best dealerships and designers throughout the west coast. Finding the right dealership for your product is key and will assure the best results possible. Entering new markets or continuing to build and maintain existing markets, we have the knowledge and relationships which will help you succeed. Coastal Pacific Marketing currently works with 120 independent dealerships along with 375 kitchen and bath designers. With our combined 136 years of industry knowledge, we will work with you to grow your business.
FORECASTING
Coastal Pacific Marketing creates all of our forecasts in house with real world knowledge from the territories which we work in. We will create a forecast based upon your growths needs and current market conditions.
INSIGHT & SUPPORT
We work directly with the manufacturers that we serve and offer current industry insight and support them in future planning, growth and possible market changes which may occur.
ONSITE REPRESENTATION
Our independent regional sales reps work directly with the dealerships and designers. We provide onsite mitigation of all warranty claims, damage, or customer concern. We provide our manufacturing partners with detailed job site reports including the reason for the visit, homeowner and dealership concern, job site photos and best solutions to resolve the issues. We work directly with the designer and manufacturer to solve any onsite issue for an outcome that is acceptable for both parties and continues to strengthen the relationship between the dealership and the manufacturer.
